The house is made of chert stone, a type of limestone quarried locally and part of Gainesville's architectural heritage. It's is great for sound and temperature insulation. The street is quiet and the space is very private. You'll find woodgrain tile throughout the living area, granite in the kitchen, a nice gas stove range to cook on, and a big French door fridge. There's lots of storage space in the bathroom, and if you're musically inclined, there's a recently tuned piano near the entry.
