Please disclose any pets up front. The security deposit is turned in WITH the application (in certified funds) to the correct entities per MLS. The security deposit serves as a "hold" until we know if your clients are approved or not. Its immediately returned if they are denied but non-refundable if they choose to back out after the verbal approval has been given. We take first qualified, we do not take multiple applications at a time. Please text tenant for appointment confirmation. The TAR apps, attached CASA applications guidelines page, copy of photo ID's, and pay stubs to validate income can all be emailed to us at info@casapm.com. Both the security deposit and app fees must be turned into to our company drop box at the UPS store in Cedar Park (100 E. Whitestone Blvd. Suite 148-115, Cedar Park, TX 78613). UPS Store will provide a receipt for drop off once the certified checks have been left, please note, certified funds ONLY. The SD is immediately returned if your clients are not approved. App fees are non refundable. Without the funds, the application is incomplete.
