This is a three bedroom and two bathroom home. There are an additional two bedrooms and one bathroom located in the basement with its separate entrance. Two of the five rooms will accommodate two individuals. The remainder will be private. There is the option to rent a shared room as a private unit. Please inquire, if interested.

Each shared bedroom will be equipped with two twin size beds, storage drawers/dresser and nightstand/side table.

The studio is a private room and includes a full size bed, private bathroom with double vanity, and a private entrance.

The common area is comprised of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, patio and laundry facilities, which are available for all to enjoy.

The home is close to public transportation. Parking is available on site.
